Recording is a fairly straight forward process: you set up your instrument(s), we check your tone, tuning and carefully place microphone(s) at the source before recording you to hard disk. There are an array of microphones and techniques available all of which are explained during the set up should you want to know more.

If you are in a band you'll need to think about whether you want to record together as a band or separately as individuals (also known as tracking or overdubbing). There are pros and cons to both processes and even half measures such as re-amping, all of which we'd be happy to discuss with you in person , by phone or E-mail. We can also record single instruments of your songs like a drum kit for you to take home with you should you simply not have the space, but are happy to do everything else at home.

For solo artist you may have a backing track or 'beat' and simply would like to recording vocals to it or you would like to write a song from scratch in the studio. Both options we can do have have done many times.
