Just like recording this process can be done solely by it's self or as part of a typical recording, mixing & mastering process. Fox example we have had many artists and bands who have recorded at home or else where but can't get the balance they're after.. Either way the process is the same, it's a matter of balancing all the parts to sound like a unit. There are many ways of for doing this and in general the mixing process takes longer then most people expect. We will gage how long you need according to budget, editing time, the amount of instruments and the length of the song. During this process regulars normally take a break or pack up to go home for the day and come back with a fresh perspective on the song. New artists normally sit close and ask about the individual changes we're making, how and why. If you decide to stay and watch or take a break it is completely up to you we're well used to both.
